Return & Exchange Policy 

 
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window on most products. 
 
Return/Exchange Eligibility: 
– Request must be made within 7 days of delivery 
– Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging 
– No returns on worn, damaged, washed, or late-returned items 
 
Exchange Policy: 
– Size exchange only (no design or color swaps) 
– Subject to availability 
– Processed within 5–7 days 
 
Returns (Prepaid Orders Only): 
– Reverse pickup will be arranged where possible 
– Once post-QC (Quality check) approval, your refund will be proceed with in 4 to 7 working days.  
– No refund of full payment unless under special conditions 
 
Non-Returnable Items: 
– custom items, final sale/clearance stock 
 

Overview

Refunds & Refund Amount Deduction 

We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent refund process for all our customers. 

Refund Timeline: 

  • Once we receive the returned product, it undergoes a mandatory quality check
  • If the item passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within 3–4 working days

💰 Refund Amount Deduction: 

  • A ₹59 deduction will be applied to the refund amount. 
  • This amount accounts for the delivery charges originally covered by us during dispatch. 
  • Since the cancellation/return is initiated from your side, this logistics cost is non-refundable

🔁 Mode of Refund: 

  • Refunds will be issued in the original  payment method.  

Note: Full refunds to the original payment method (Card/UPI/Net Banking) will only be applicable in rare situations such as failed delivery or cancellation initiated by Series Clothing.
